Four things worth knowing before you write
How do I get on the waitlist for item 06?
Choose “Waitlist for item 06” above and send your name. The batch of 300 leaves the workshop on 14 April; we write to the list in order on the 7th and hold each one for seven days.
Can I collect an order at the counter?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Say so in the message and we put the parcel under the counter with your name on the band. It waits two weeks.
What does a rebind cost and how long does it take?
CHF 34.00 for a full re-case on items 01 to 04, quoted within three working days of the parcel arriving. Median turnaround last year was 19 days, measured door to door.
Do you sell to shops outside Switzerland?
To eleven shops in Germany, Austria and northern Italy. The minimum is 24 units across any items, the terms are 35% off list, and duty is settled by the buyer.
